If your car fails the MOT you will be faced with the following options:
If you accept our quote and would like us to do the repair if possible, we will carry it out on the same day and return your car as soon as it is ready.
If we need to wait for parts to arrive we can keep your car until the parts arrive, carry out the repair and return the car as soon as it is ready.
If we need to wait for parts and you need your car back that day, we can return the car to you. You will have 10 days to get the car fixed before it is no longer able to be driven legally on the roads. If you choose to get the repair done with us, there will be a £30 Collection and Delivery charge to collect your car on the agreed date of repairs, but you will NOT be charged for the MOT retest. We will return your car on the same day with an MOT pass certificate.
If you choose to go and get your car repaired elsewhere after a failed MOT, you will either have to pay for a retest at a new location or take it to the Whip-It partner garage that your original test was taken within 10 days of the failed test and as long as the necessary repairs have been carried out, they will grant you an MOT pass certificate at no extra charge.
